Secure payment processing

Payments on Boldenn are processed through Shopify and the payment providers enabled for the customer's market. Boldenn does not directly store complete payment-card details.

Available payment methods

The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout before you submit the order. Availability can vary by country, currency, device, billing information, and the payment provider's eligibility rules. Depending on those factors, checkout may offer major payment cards and eligible digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.

A method is accepted only when it appears as an available option in your checkout. Logos shown elsewhere on the website are informational and do not override the options presented at checkout.

Currency, taxes, and authorization

The final currency, price, applicable taxes, shipping charge, and order total are shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion rate or charge according to its agreement with you.

Submitting an order authorizes the selected provider to process the payment. An order may be declined or held for verification if authorization fails or fraud-prevention checks require additional information.

Payment issues

If payment fails, confirm that the billing information matches the payment method and contact the issuing bank if necessary. You may retry using another method displayed at checkout. If a charge appears but no order confirmation is received, contact us with the email address used at checkout and any available transaction reference.
