This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Boldenn are processed and delivered. Boldenn is operated by IBS Negócios Digitais LTDA.
Shipping destinations
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, and other supported destinations. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact info@boldenn.com before placing your order.
Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of destination. No minimum purchase is required, and no shipping fee is charged at checkout.
Order cutoff time
Our daily order cutoff is 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Time zone: (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London).
Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a business day begin processing that business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends or applicable public holidays, begin processing on the next business day. The 1–3 business day processing timeframe is counted from the applicable processing start day.

For the United States, United Kingdom, and Ireland, the usual estimated total delivery time is 5–15 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Order preparation and fulfillment
After payment authorization, we review the order and coordinate its preparation with the fulfillment location assigned to the product and destination. Products in the same order may be prepared at different locations and may arrive in separate packages. The dispatch location and delivery provider may vary by product, stock availability, and destination.
Once an order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation when available. Packaging and handling are selected to suit the product and delivery route.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the shipping confirmation includes a tracking number or link. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to become active. You can also use our Track Order page.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within 30 days after the shipping confirmation, email info@boldenn.com with your name and order number so we can investigate.
Customs, import duties, and taxes
Orders delivered across borders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, or local taxes. Any amount collected by Boldenn is shown at checkout. If a charge is not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying it to the relevant authority or carrier as required by the destination country.
Address changes and order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect or if you want to cancel an order. We will try to make the change before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after an order has entered preparation or been dispatched. After dispatch, an eligible item may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Delivery attempts and incorrect addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for responding to reasonable delivery notifications. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or delivery was repeatedly refused or missed, we will contact you about the available options and any reasonable reshipping cost, subject to applicable law.
Delay, loss, damage, or incorrect items
If a package is materially delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact us promptly at info@boldenn.com. Include your order number and, for damage or incorrect items, reasonable photos or other evidence if available. We will investigate with the relevant fulfillment and delivery partners and provide the appropriate remedy under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
