These Terms of Service govern your use of boldenn.com and any purchase made through the Boldenn online store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice.

2. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country. If you purchase on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
3. Accounts and information you provide
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
4. Products and availability
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, or normal manufacturing variation. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Product availability may change, and adding an item to a cart does not reserve it.
5. Prices, currencies, taxes, and duties
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market. The final price, currency, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and available payment methods are displayed at checkout before you submit the order. Where import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient as required by the destination country.
6. Orders and contract formation
After you place an order, we will send an electronic acknowledgment. This acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. The sales contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatched, depending on the confirmation provided to you.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, or a delivery restriction. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount charged to the original payment method.
7. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers enabled for your market. We do not directly store complete payment-card details. Payment authorization and availability of a payment method are subject to the provider's terms and verification procedures.
8. Shipping and delivery
Available destinations, processing times, estimated transit times, costs, tracking, address changes, and delivery restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. If an order is delayed or cannot be delivered, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
9. Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the applicable time limits, return conditions, return-shipping responsibility, exclusions, refund method, and how to start a request. Nothing in these Terms or that policy limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, guarantee, or refund right available to you under applicable consumer law.
10. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and reasonable evidence of the issue. We will assess the request and provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund, as required by applicable law. We cover reasonable return costs when the return results from our error or a verified defect or transit damage.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content in violation of applicable law; impersonate another person; or infringe the rights of Boldenn or third parties.
12. Intellectual property
The website and its original text, graphics, logos, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to IBS Negócios Digitais LTDA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may access and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. No other license is granted unless we agree in writing.
13. Third-party services and links
The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, tracking services, social platforms, or other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for a third-party website that we do not control, but this does not limit our responsibility for our own obligations as seller.
14. Website availability and errors
We may maintain, update, or temporarily suspend parts of the website. We try to keep information accurate and current and will correct material errors when identified. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
16. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs delays, natural disasters, widespread network failures, government action, or labor disruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and will provide any remedy required by applicable law.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your habitual residence. You may also use any court, regulator, consumer-protection body, or alternative dispute-resolution procedure available to you under applicable law.
